Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please complete the form below within 7 days of delivery.
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Approved refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
